This is a reference translation. The Japanese version is the original, and it prevails where the two differ.

The services

These terms apply to the websites and services the Publira project (the "operator") runs that link to them. By using a service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

The services are provided free of charge. The operator may change or stop any of them at any time, without notice.

Handling of data

A service processes the files you submit on a server. The operator keeps this to the minimum the service needs and does not aim to store them permanently, but does not guarantee complete security, including over the network and in external environments. Whether to submit data that contains sensitive information is your own decision and responsibility.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use the services:

• In a way that violates the law or public order.
• In a way that infringes the copyright, trademark, portrait, privacy, or other rights of the operator or a third party.
• In a way that places an excessive load on, or interferes with, the running of the services.

Any problem concerning the rights of a third party that arises from your use is yours to resolve.

The services are provided as is, with no guarantee of the accuracy, availability, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose of what they produce. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.

Revisions

The operator may revise these terms when it considers it necessary. The revised terms take effect when they are published on this page.
