This is a reference translation. The Japanese version is the original, and it prevails where the two differ.

Basic policy

This policy applies to the websites and services the Publira project (the "operator") runs that link to it. The operator handles information only to the extent needed to run these services, and does not use it for any purpose other than those set out below.

Information handled and its purpose

The operator may handle the following information:

• Files you submit to a service, and the results of processing them, to provide that service.
• Technical information such as access times, IP addresses, and User-Agent strings, to keep the services running, respond to failures, prevent abuse, and improve quality.

Retention

Information is not kept longer than its purpose requires. Files submitted to a service are handled for processing and are not meant for permanent storage.

Provision to third parties

The operator does not provide information to third parties, except where the law requires it, or to a provider that runs part of a service on the operator's behalf, within the scope of that work.

Cookies and similar technologies

The services may use cookies or similar technologies to understand how they are used and to keep improving them. You can disable them in your browser settings, but some features may then not work correctly.

Revisions

The operator may revise this policy in response to changes in law or in the services. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
